Meet who is behind &AWH
Aubree is an intuitive, a creative, an energy worker, and a space holder. Born with a tenacity to live fully, they bring refined attention to the complexity and nuance life breathes. With a skill for witnessing and a playfulness that honors rough edges, their courage and willingness to see all shades and colors allow them to hold tensions and contradictions with range and depth.
Born and raised in Wisconsin, Aubree earned a degree in social work and eventually found their way to the Pacific Northwest, immersing themselves in the nonprofit world and intentional community living. These journeys of self-discovery have reconnected Aubree with pieces of themselves through the pains and joys of relationships, travel, and nature. Along the way, Aubree has evolved through cycles of falling apart and reforming, always moving into vaster unknowns.
Growing up as an only child, Aubree knew a particular kind of loneliness, turning to the natural world for connection and belonging. They felt the medicine in listening, in being curious, and in softening. They made sense of their life through sensation and color, perceiving things they couldn’t always explain, but held a felt knowing that continues to ripen. As a highly sensitive kiddo, Aubree’s world could feel overwhelming, revealing abilities they didn’t yet know how to engage. It wasn’t until their mid-twenties, when Aubree discovered energy work, that life began to make sense in a new way.
Aubree finds joy in moving to new places, experiencing new landscapes, and offering their skills with intention and care. One of the most precious gift Aubree has learned is that, wherever they are, they are home. This human experience is sacred to them, and they’re drawn to learn what embodiment feels like in its fullness, discovering freedom within the ordinary.
Their love for the ocean has become a bridge to lineage and the wisdom of their ancestors, uncovering stories of the water’s depths and creativity. When Aubree shatters, the ocean teaches them how to hold themselves, how to breathe as new life grows from the rubble below. The water has shown Aubree courage, revealing what lies before them as meaningful, life-giving, and worth holding. The ocean continues to be a teacher, ancestor, mother, inspiring Aubree to surrender to what’s next and release what’s ready.
Aubree has devoted significant time to intensive, immersive practice and holds certifications in various healing arts modalities. They resonate deeply with the quote by Matt Kahn: “Despite how open, peaceful, and loving you attempt to be, people can only meet you as deeply as they’ve met themselves.” Aubree continues to deepen through energetic studies and training across lineages, learning under the guidance of dear teachers and wisdom beings, and remaining dedicated to ongoing learning and profound inner work.
